Rentals Business Manager

Job Locations US-NY-Rochester


This position will be responsible for the management of rentals including analytics, reporting, and business decisions as well as marketing and sales initiatives.


  • Serve as a model for team values

  • Demonstrate a passion for working on the intersection of product selection, user experience, and analytics and for delivering improvements in all areas
  • Research and launch new rental categories and models
  • Grow the lead pipeline in collaboration with the web marketing team
  • Understand demand trends for T&M equipment rentals, by category, and by industry
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for UX trends to improve our own
  • Work with other internal stakeholders on developing and leading initiatives for rental growth
  • Engage with customers as appropriate
  • Improve sales and fulfillment processes and systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience with increasing responsibility
  • Understanding the economics of prioritizing customer success
  • MBA preferred
