As a Software Development Manager, you will spearhead the strategy, design, and execution of cutting-edge desktop and web applications within a hybrid environment. This key role centers on orchestrating the seamless collaboration between various business units and your technical team to ensure a clear understanding and alignment of technical and business requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the project lifecycle from concept to deployment, focusing on strategic oversight, team mentorship, and resource allocation to achieve project goals.
