Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Driving company vehicle to pick-up and/or drop off equipment to customers place of business

· Document customer orders and order instructions

· Load and unload delivery vehicle

· Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pick-up or delivery

· Cleans company vehicle as necessary

· Monitor routine maintenance for company vehicle and coordinate with manager if necessary repairs are needed

· Resolve and document customer complaints or issues

· Routinely interact with customers as deliveries and/or pick-ups are made

· Assist with shipping & receiving as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years driving experience with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driver history
  • Must be detail oriented


Education and/or Experience:

Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
