  • Salary range is $135,000 - $165,000

Position Summary

The Director of Business Transformation will lead initiatives that redefine how we operate and deliver core business functions — challenging the status quo and driving innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This role spans the entire organization, partnering with multiple stakeholders to manage and execute transformational and business expansion efforts that enable us to operate better, smarter, and faster. The Director will focus on developing new capabilities and refining existing ones across operations to foster a more flexible, scalable, and adaptive organization—one that is responsive to evolving markets and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. 
  • Lead major transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP implementations, operating model redesigns, digital transformation) to drive operational excellence. 
  • Champion effective change management by engaging and supporting stakeholders throughout the transformation journey while fostering a culture that embraces transformation. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and processes in targeted areas. 
  • Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and performance. 
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, addressing obstacles proactively to ensure successful program delivery. 
  • Ensure alignment and clear communication across departments to maintain momentum and shared understanding. 
  • Build and lead transformation teams or cross-functional working groups to execute key initiatives. 
  • Develop and maintain execution roadmaps, timelines, and progress reporting, including regular updates on status and risks for prioritized efforts. 
  • Ability to envision the big picture, develop long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals, and identify trends and opportunities for transformation and growth. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and oversee transformation projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. 
  • Model the Company’s values to influence others to perform in an aligned manner.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Measurements of success for the Director of Business Transformation may include one or more of the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Reduction in operational costs due to transformation initiatives 
  • Increase in revenue or sales attributed to transformation efforts. 
  •  Measured through metrics like overall customer experience impact 
  • Improvements in process cycle times, throughput, and productivity. 
  • Rate at which new or improved processes are implemented. 
  • Ability to maintain operations during transformation. 

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams during periods of change.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and software tools to drive transformation initiatives.

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5–7 years of managerial experience driving business transformation, change management, process improvement, or strategic initiatives
