We are Searching for—
A full-time Associate Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) Engineer to support our client in Saratoga Springs, NY with the development and implementation of facility asset management and maintenance programs for a large life sciences manufacturing site. This is an onsite position reporting directly to the MARS Service Lead.
This is a project-centered role with the first assigned project focused on supporting the development of accurate and complete maintenance and asset data within the client's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Associate M&R Engineer will work with facility equipment and infrastructure, performing field walkdowns, collecting and validating equipment data, reviewing equipment and vendor documentation, supporting asset hierarchy and master data development, and assisting with the creation of preventive maintenance records, work instructions, and other maintenance deliverables.
The role will also support physical asset tagging and reconciliation activities and work closely with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to ensure facility assets are properly identified, documented, and prepared for ongoing maintenance and operation.
